Usability Testing, Findings & Recommendations
Course project (2016)
In this group project, we carried out a usability study of a health provider’s website. The purpose of the study was to determine improvements which could be made to the site for the target user. We developed pretest and post-test surveys, and wrote the moderator script. User testing involved observing and recording the activities of participants. Findings included observations and survey results. Findings from product reactions were presented in word clouds. All of the data from the findings was analyzed and interpreted to make recommendations for improved usability of the website.
